Hardened chromed steel jaws. Sliding pivot joint allows the widest range of jaw openings. Serrated jaws for gripping flat and round parts. The handles cannot be closed together, preventing trapped fingers. Fully insulated to conform to VDE 0680/201, IEC 900 and BS EN 60900 standards for safe electrical applications up to 1000V.
